Shipping Information

  • Regular shipments are made within 48 hours of a completed order on normal business days. Those orders received after after 2 pm EST will be included in the next day’s shipments.
  • Overnight delivery orders placed before 12 pm noon EST of a business day will ship the same day. Otherwise, it will ship the next business day.
  • Packing slips are provided in the shipment. Invoices are available to be printed out through your account online, click here.
  • Orders paid by check or Money Order are prepared for shipment at the time of order, but are held until payment has cleared, usually two business days after receipt.
  • International Orders are sent by United States Post Office Priority Mail or Federal Express only.
  • Signilar ships only via United States Post Office Priority Mail or Express Mail, Federal Express, or United Parcel Service in order to insure that your order can be tracked for a safe and speedy arrival. Your tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email sent to you at the time of shipping.
  • Signilar cannot be responsible for delays in customs or duties imposed on orders shipped internationally.
