Classical Portrait Painting DVD

In this presentation Markos shows the viewer exactly how to complete a finished portrait. Filmed at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, he shows how each precise stroke contributes to the completion of the canvas. The artist complements the beautiful and detailed painting with his own running commentary. This presentation provides an over the shoulder view, so that one can see each brush stroke as closely and clearly as Markos himself does. Small patches of color blend with each other as he explains the technique of creating a very lifelike portrait.
